yourself with undertaking some course in order to learn a foreign language? Of
course not, because the language can be learned independently. Though I major
in English, I still could use it before I start this major.
All the while learning English, I used to
keenly pay attention to each word spoken by the British and Americans on
television. I had started learning the foreign language in that maintaining
paying attention while watching and occasionally speaking without realizing
that I had started doing so. Me Borg= I watched how people introduced
themselves to each other, said good morning and good bye, what they said if
they needed help or were running late to school, how quickly they spoke, their
pronunciation used, etc. Pay attention and listen as much as you can. With the
proper accent and pronunciation, you will be speaking at least a few words with
no time in the language which you're studying.
I think myself capable of saying that the
best way to learn a language is through first speaking. Whatever grammatical
mistakes, missing articles, incomplete phrases, and unattractive accents-start
speaking the language. While learning, even a professional commits mistakes
that would bring shame to a third-grader; so do not feel bad if you do it.
Record your voice and then listen to it later on, comparing it to the voice of
a native speaker if you have no friends or professionals who can help you utter
the words more clearly. What is essential, though, is that it sounds close
enough to it-not perfect.
Only once you learn the general vocabulary,
then you will be capable of speaking fluently in a foreign language. Amongst
all the factors, one significant factor that prevents language learners from
speaking in any foreign language is a deficiency in vocabulary, which offers
them hard times in pronouncing the words of the foreign language they are
learning. You can start by learning some of the words from a foreign language
that you use frequently in an everyday situation-for instance, greetings,
introductions, and small talk. Of course, with today's internet-based world,
there are a number of programs available which will be helpful to us in our
learning process. Applications we usually use over the internet can be
downloaded onto our own devices. That way, we could learn at any time and place
that we may prefer to do so.
This is so because many people cannot learn
the art of speaking English due to the absence of a partner with whom they can
speak. However, while practicing talking to oneself in front of the mirror, one
can very well imagine speaking English with some person or even acting as one's
favorite movie actor, and therefore can always practice speaking skills without
a partner.
But one thing you have to remember is that,
one day, you gotta believe in yourself that you're gonna master it. That is,
believing in yourself with confidence and enjoying the process, I'm sure you
will get the hang of it. However, whenever you give up or don't believe in
yourself at the beginning of failure of the experiment, then you never will
successfully master.
