Pemerintah Indonesia sudah bersiap untuk memberlakukan kebijakan baru lagi yang disebut dengan new normal. New normal ini bukan pelonggaran PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar), artinya masyarakat tetap melakukan dan mentaati semua kebijakan PSBB namun juga menjalankan pola hidup new normal. Rencananya tahap new normal akan diterapkan pada tanggal 1 Juni 2020 besok.


New normal adalah pola kehidupan baru yang bertujuan untuk menekan penyebaran virus corona. Masyarakat tetap diharuskan menaati peratusan PSBB yang sudah diberlakukan dengan memakai masker ketika bepergian, sering mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan orang, dan menjaga kesehatan badan.

Tahap new normal diberlakukan dengan harapan nadi perekonomian Indonesia mampu stabil kembali. Kita mengetahui bahwa mewabahnya pandemi virus corona ini mengakibatkan perekonomian Indonesia memburuk. Banyak buruh/karyawan yang dirumahkan hingga pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK), pariwisata yang terpaksa ditutup sementara, UMKM yang kesulitan menjual barang-barang produksinya dan lain sebagainya.


Kemudian dalam new normal ini terdapat beberapa tahapan yang perlu masyarakat ketahui. Dikutip dari kompas, Selasa (26/5/2020) berikut fase dari new normal untuk pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia :

Fase 1 (1 Juni 2020) 
•    Industri dan jasa dapat beroperasi dengan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 
•    Mall belum boleh beroperasi, kecuali toko penjual masker & fasilitas kesehatan
•    Berkumpul maksinal 2 orang dalam ruangan

Fase 2 (8 Juni 2020) 
•    Toko, pasar dan mall diperbolehkan pembukaan toko namun dengan protokol kesehatan
•    Usaha dengan kontak fisik seperti salon, spa belum diperbolehkan
•    Kegiatan berkumpul dan olahraga outdoor belum diperbolehkan 

Fase 3 (15 Juni 2020) 
•    Mall tetap seperti fase 2, namun ada evaluasi untuk salon, spa, dan lainnya.
•    Sekolah dibuka namun dengan sistem shift
•    Kegiatan kebudayaan diperbolehkan dengan aturan ketat

Fase 4 (6 Juli 2020) 
•    Pembukaan kegiatan ekonomi fase III dengan tambahan evaluasi
•    Pembukaan secara bertahap untuk restoran, gym, cafe, bar, dan lainnya dengan protokol kebersihan yang ketat 
•    Kegiatan ibadah diperbolehkan dengan jumlah jamaah dibatasi 

Fase 5 (20-27 Juli) 
•    Evaluasi untuk 4 fase
•    Pembukaan tempat-tempat atau kegiatan ekonomi dan kegiatan sosial berskala besar 
•    Akhir Juli/awal Agustus 2020 diharapkan seluruh kegiatan ekonomi sudah dibuka

 

Kelima fase ini diharapkan secara bertahap bisa memulihkan ekonomi Indonesia yang sempat memburuk dua bulan terakhir ini. Sektor industri dan UMKM yang merupakan target utama kebijakan baru ini juga diminta untuk tetap menjalankan protocol kesehatan dalam lingkungan industrinya. Banyaknya pekerja/buruh/karyawan yang masuk harus tetap dikontrol dan dimonitor agar tetap taat menjalankan protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid 19.


Sebelumnya banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang bekerja sebagai buruh atau karyawan di pabrik maupun perusahan swasta yang kemudian harus dirumahkan hinggal PHK. Sampai saat ini angka pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) semakin meningkat. Pelaku usaha yang terpaksa menutup usahanya karena memang tidak bisa produksi atau menjual produknya.


Apabila masyarakat mampu secara disiplin melaksanakan protokol kesehatan sesuai anjuran pemerintah dan menjalankan kehidupan new normal yang akan diberlakukan nanti. Secara bertahap perekonomian Indonesia akan kembali stabil bahkan Indonesia mampu menurunkan kurva penyebaran virus corona yang kita tahu sampai saat ini masih terus meningkat.
