The title carries much significance to denote a very important discussion. To many people, learning is a somewhat tedious task, and if the concept is left to live in their minds, then it will hold their potential back substantially later in life.
To most students, the slow pace of learning progress is one of the main causes of their failure. People generally study for two reasons. First of all, they want to be successful. A student might fight his or her own laziness and do everything possible in order to be outstanding in this or that subject for hearing the words of praise from parents or teachers. It is simply impossible to underestimate the capability of achievement and recognition for fueling efforts.

On the other hand, it is a threat factor that may motivate, represented by failing grades and attendant home or school consequences. A longing to avoid this sort of unpleasant consequence may drive students to put in efforts that help them score better grades.
This week, we will examine some of the more innovative methods for avoiding pitfalls and drudgery while learning. Motivation typically is the key to tremendous success, but more importantly, it is about helping others motivate themselves by illuminating the intrinsic value of education—that their work in the classroom will pay off in a manner that counts. Understanding a purpose for one's actions is core to sustaining enthusiasm and dedication.

It turns out that setting up a study space is one of the most enriching methods to improve learning. For some people, it works quite well to be in an environment where complete silence has been maintained; for others, this needs to be an environment that's 'just right': neither too uncomfortable nor too distracting from whatever they are doing. A study area causing the least discomfort and as few distractions as possible will result in a great boost in focus and productivity.
Another essential component of successful learning is the development of a coherent study schedule. It should be transparent: all the directions are present and well-structured in such a way as to make learning not that stressful. It contributes to breaking big tasks down into small, achievable goals that facilitate ongoing progress in small steps.

Focus during study will be defined by avoiding distraction. Televisions, social media, and other technologies are all distractors that sidetrack one's attention, hence slowing down the process of learning. This enables students to give their full concentration to studies.
While this is so, one must not fall into the trap of racing with the educational work. This may involve cramming for an examination or trying to make up for missing assignments in a hurry, following which energy is burned out and further study becomes very ineffectual. Doing homework in a steady and deliberative manner builds enthusiasm and commitment on an ongoing basis.
Last but not least, self-rewarding acts as an excellent means of motivating oneself. After all, who doesn't love rewards? Bringing in the concept of pleasurable activities—favorite meals or leisurely walks, for instance—after reaching one's set study goals reinforces good behavior and self-esteem. In doing so, one will not only get instant gratification but will also encourage more work and involvement.
The complacent learning challenge can only be overcome by measures that ensure motivation is sustained, studying is done in organized ways, and environments conducive to study are created. Application of such strategies not only allows the individual to have more effective and interesting ways of learning but also, through consistent effort and thoughtful planning, students can make changes in their approach to learning and realize full potential for future success.
